Select Hardware Limited (Company No. 01418418) operates under these terms and conditions.
Amending Orders
Once picked, orders enter our collection system and cannot be amended. We can:
- Cancel the full order and create a new one
- Process additional items as a separate order
Cancellations
Please notify us of cancellations as early as possible. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns Policy.
Special Orders
We cannot accept returns on:
- Non-stocked items specially ordered for you
- Bespoke or custom-made products
- Keyed-alike locks and master keyed systems
We reserve the right to decline cancellation of partially or fully manufactured special orders.
Contract Formation
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Payment must be received in full before order acceptance
- Contract formation occurs upon our email confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse any order
Pricing
- All prices include VAT at current rate for UK customers
- Delivery charges apply as stated on our website
- International orders exclude UK VAT but may incur local taxes/duties
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice
Delivery
- Delivery to your specified address within 30 days of acceptance
- Risk passes to you upon delivery
- International customers responsible for customs charges/import duties
Product Guarantees
All products carry manufacturer's mechanical guarantee (minimum 12 months). We handle all guarantee claims directly - you won't need to contact manufacturers.
Liability
- Report damaged/incorrect items within 7 working days
- Report non-delivery within 40 days of order
- Our liability limited to refund/replacement of goods
- We're not liable for indirect/consequential losses
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel within 30 working days of ordering. Goods must be returned unused in original packaging at your cost. Bespoke items cannot be cancelled.
Your Privacy
Your use of our site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
